It featured both a conference (summit, dialogues, keynote talks) and an awards segment, honoring Workplace Culture Champions — organizations and leaders pioneering positive workplace environments.

Intentional Culture Building: Dr. Deji Osasona (CEO, Winbox) stressed that workplace culture is not accidental; it must be shaped by leadership through consistent actions, not just lofty values.
